The ninetteenth-century manor house in the historic center of Barolo is the administartive and commercial headquarters of the company. Nearby are the historical underground cellars for aging and the wine production areas. Beneath the castle’s rock is the farmhouse “Aie Sottane”, one of Barolo’s oldest houses, dating back to 1600. Always used for agriculture, its recent restoration respects the original architecture and is in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
