Appellation: Municipality of Barolo, Castellero and Preda vineyards..
Vineyard planted in 1991; organic farming.

Vinification: soft crushing of the grapes with de-stemming; static
fermentation in steel tank with indigenous yeasts selected from our
vineyards at a controlled temperature of 25 °C; maceration for one
week, frequent basting of the skins.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: ruby red.

Nose: intense, fruity and frank (plums jam).

Mouth: dry, full bodied, crisp, balanced.
